How to select your rivets?
You must use countersunk rivets to fix the receptacle of the quarter turn. Select in below table the rivets.

If you use a standard rivet, your total thickness will be higher as the rivet does not sit countersunk and adds thickness to the total assembly.
The length number of your stud will be wrong, also panels will not completely sit flush on each other.

Forward total thickness in mm of the two plates you want to connect.
Here is the typical size of a rivet: panel prepartion:

- Mandrel diameter (dm): 1,5 mm
- Bore hole diameter: 2,6 mm
- Min. tensile strength: 900 N
