40S80-*E is a tamper proof stud which has become obsolete.
You can replace it by the Turnlock HGRTLT-*SK in stainless steel.

This Turnlock tool ITRP-1Z is used to install the retaining ring on the grommet of the HGR series. The tool can install the following retaining rings: HGRGZ, HGRGRS or HGRGRSNM.
You'll notice that it is very user friendly!
After doing the correct handling, you'll see that the grommet will be completely fixed with the retaining ring in the panel, and can't move anymore.
