Can TURNLOCK fill in a W-8 form?

We have asked this question from our tax government - legal departement.

They said that the W8 form only needs to be filled in when TURNLOCK would sell services to z USA company.

Since we sell goods to the USA it's not needed.

The supplier must therefore supply a fully completed Form W-8 Ben.

The United States levies a tax of 30% on income when paid on one foreign (legal) person.
Exceptions to this deduction are possible, including a full one W-8 Ben form is submitted.
