Receptacles MHSRFWZ and HHSRFWZ, MTHRFWS: how to weld?

The receptacles Camloc MHSRFWZ, HHSRFWZ and turnlock MTHRFWS are prepared with weld nibs.

These weld nibs are for the process called projection welding. This process is mainly carried out in mass production. You require a special machine to do it, as you need to apply both pressure and current through the nibs.

If you don't have an installation for projection welding, we advise you to integrate a receptacle to rivet / screw mount in your application. For sure you can weld these receptacles to rivet / screw mounting with the traditional welding techniques like TIG, MIG...
