Could you supply this system all in stainless steel, fixing, spring & receptacle, without any other materials? We work with Laser, and the level of cleanness is so high that don't tolerate any other materials.

 

Answer:

They will be supplied with grease, as they come from the production shop floor.

However they are not greased deliberately.

Goods are also repacked from carton boxes with non gloved hands into plastic bags, so the grease that is on the hands of the body, might be also on the parts.  Also residue of paper in the carton box, might be there.

We would advise to clean them prior to installation.

 

Not sure, if the application is for a cleanroom.

With metal, minor particals from the metal forming process can come loose. But we speak then about very very small fractions.

Parts are passivated, so the very small fractions of metal, should have been removed by this process.

 

Everything is made in stainless steel, however it can be different with each series, and not all of the parts are made of the same stainless steel.

For instance: Stud is made of 1.4303 ; the pin is made of 1.4310K-4 ; the belleville washers 1.430

100% clean product will require you cleaning them prior to installation.

There exist different solutions completely in stainless steel.
